Our menu is a tribute to the rich gastronomic heritage of the Langhe, regularly renewed to reflect the seasonality of ingredients. We work closely with local producers to ensure every element is of the highest quality. From the first spring shoots to the intense flavors of autumn, our cuisine follows the rhythm of nature, always offering fresh and authentic dishes.
THE ART OF SELECTION
The quality of our dishes is born from the meticulous selection of raw ingredients. Herbs and spices come from local gardens cultivated using biodynamic methods. Vegetables are chosen weekly to ensure maximum freshness. The meat, a key component in many of our dishes, comes exclusively from selected Piedmontese farms, guaranteeing genuine and unmistakable flavors. This attention to detail allows our chefs to fully express the essence of Langhe cuisine.

The name Enoclub reflects the core attitude of the restaurant. Here, wine culture perfectly complements and embraces the identity of our cuisine. The Enoclub wine list features over 600 labels divided among the main national and international wine regions. Particular emphasis is placed on grand crus and the most interesting productions from local winemakers: from Barolo to Barbaresco, including Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, as well as Arneis, Freisa, and Grignolino—from prestigious names to the most refined and exclusive selections.

Our gastronomic offering ranges from traditional dishes like tajarin and Fassona tartare to modern interpretations that surprise and delight. During the autumn season, the menu is enriched with special creations that celebrate the prized White Truffle of Alba.
