THE HISTORIC “CROTA”
Our restaurant is located in a characteristic “crota,” a Piedmontese dialect term referring to an ancient underground cellar.
This unique space has been carefully restored to preserve its historical character, creating an environment that blends authenticity and refinement.
The brick and river stone walls, silent witnesses of centuries of history, are enhanced by warm, soft lighting that creates an intimate and enveloping atmosphere.
